Resolved Question: How can I get the location of an incoming phone call?

When a phone call comes in to my caller ID, it might be a # I don't recognize. For safety reasons I do not answer such calls. I have already found the area code website, but, for example, I live in area code "440." If a call comes in (440) 885-xxxx I know that the "885" indicates a city called Parma Heights because I grew up there. Does anyone know whether there is a directory for all area codes giving more specific details of location based upon those first 3 numbers of the person's 7-digit phone number? Thank you...
